Lead Pastor

Tim Park grew up in Fountain Valley, California. He earned his B.A. in Sociology from UCLA and his M.Div. from Talbot School of Theology. Tim is passionate about equipping the body of Christ through God's Word and seeing people grow in their faith. Tim and his wife, JoAnn, have two children, Andrew and Amanda. In his free time, Tim enjoys watching his kids play soccer and finding fun places to eat.

Pastor at Large

Pastor Mark Hopper served as the Lead Pastor at EFree Diamond Bar from June, 1988 to August, 2015. He is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary with his Th.M and also holds degrees from Arizona State University and the University of Arizona. If you step foot on our campus, you will without a doubt be greeted with a warm smile and friendly conversation from Pastor Mark. He is gifted with a shepherd’s heart and cares deeply for the needs of our church family. In Mark’s spare time, he enjoys golfing, reading history books and spending time with his family. Along with his wife Jeanne, the Hoppers have four children and seven grandchildren.

Pastor of Youth & Administration

Dale grew up in Diamond Bar, California and started attending EFree as a sophomore in high school. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and currently attends Talbot School of Theology in pursuit of an M.Div. Dale is passionate about teaching God's Word, and he loves to see other believers excited about the Bible. Dale has been on staff at EFree shepherding students since 2010. In his free time, Dale enjoys drinking coffee, reading, listening to music, and playing guitar.

Pastor of Discipleship

Luke Pamplin was born in Southern California and grew up in West Covina and Diamond Bar. He earned his B.A. in Biblical Studies from Biola University and is currently working toward an M. Div. at Talbot School of Theology.  Luke started attending EFree Diamond Bar in December 2008, where he was closely mentored by their pastoral staff for three years. He enjoys working with children as much as adults and served as the Children’s Ministry Intern before becoming the Director of Young Adults.  Luke is a gifted teacher who relishes his ministry of teaching God's Word to young adults and encouraging them in the Lord. You might spot him during the week on local college campuses where he goes to engage students with the gospel. If you visit him at home, you will find him working in his vegetable garden.

Director of Worship Ministry

Waldir grew up in Los Angeles, California. He has a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Cal State Los Angeles, holds two degrees from Pasadena City College and one degree from East Los Angeles College. He has led worship for over 23 years and now here at EFree Diamond Bar since 2009. Waldir is currently overseeing the worship services, worship music teams, and enjoys building God’s people to be passionate worshippers. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, songwriting, and playing guitar. One of his favorite Bible verses is Isaiah 61:1-3.

Children's Director

Linda was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado as her home faced Pikes Peak. She attended college in both Colorado and California before becoming a sales representative for Hallmark Cards, Rivera Sunglasses and Motorola. As a stay-at-home mom for 16 years, she was a volunteer in her children's schools, as a Girl Scout leader and in several local churches. At EFree, Linda oversees the children’s ministries as well as congregational assimilation. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, studying God’s Word, snow skiing and would like to travel more in the future. Along with her husband Ron, they have two children and one granddaughter.

Director of Women's Ministry
Stacey Monaco was born in the Motor City, and made the journey from Detroit to Southern California squished in the back of a 65 Mustang, alongside her three siblings. She earned her B.S. in Organizational Leadership at Azusa Pacific University, is certified as a Christian Life Coach, and is currently completing her Masters in Christian Ministry & Leadership: Women’s Ministry, at Talbot School of Theology. She is a mother of six plus two, and knows the journey of widowhood, the loss of a child, and the beauty of God’s healing. Her passion is to teach, train, inspire, encourage, and ultimately build the women of the local and corporate church in order that they might reach out to a hurting world. Stacey and her husband Joe love to travel, eat delicious food, and read to their four lively grand-ones.

Adminstrative Assistant

Carolyn Carlson was born in Long Beach, California and grew up in Mission Viejo. She has a B.A. in Psychology from Chapman University and studied digital design at University of Irvine. Before coming to EFree Diamond Bar, she worked with Purpose Driven Ministries at Saddleback Church in the marketing resources department where she worked on many of the church’s websites. At EFree, she is an administrative assistant who project manages our social media and marketing. She enjoys providing online content and experience that might bring someone closer to Christ. Carolyn enjoys traveling (to Hawaii especially), home decor and spending time with her family. Carolyn has a blended family of two adult children, one college student, and three grandchildren.

Adminstrative Assistant

Gail was born in Montebello and grew up in Monterey Park, California. After graduating high school, Gail immediately went to work in Los Angeles at Security Pacific Bank in the Security Division. In 1980, she started her own secretarial service called “Surrogate Secretary” and accepted the Head Secretary position from Chevron Oil Field Research Co. in 1982. At EFree, Gail is an administrative assistant insuring a smooth flow of communication from top to bottom. She enjoys seeing God at work in her small group, adult Bible fellowship class and in her kitchen ministry. In her free time she enjoys traveling, going to the beach and river, and spending time with friends. Gail is married to Stuart and has three adult kids, two grandchildren and Marley, their golden retriever.
